Refund policy
At SWAG Shop Supply, we work hard to deliver high-quality grooming products, we stand behind every bottle, jar, and can we ship. As a small company, we kindly ask our customers to review our policies below before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Returns must be approved in advance
- Perishable goods are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
As a smaller company, we cannot accommodate returns based on taste preferences or accidental orders. Thank you for understanding.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email support@swagshopsupply.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos (if damage or issue is involved)
Once reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and an authorization if eligible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to damage or a fulfillment error on our part.
Refunds & Processing
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a SWAG Shop Supply erro
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us at support@swagshopsupply.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll quickly work with you to replace or refund the item(s) as needed.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Promotional items
- Free or discounted sample products
- Special offers marked "Final Sale"
- Opened or partially consumed products
